Please note that membership consists of access to downloadable wrappers, graphic images and other media for the length of your membership. Membership does not include a specific stand-alone program for adaptation of wrappers or images. A third party candy wrapper software is used by some of our members but we do not offer software support for this program. Our wrappers and templates will work within many different graphic and word processing programs - Microsoft Word being the most popular. You should have a working knowledge of computers and working with pictures before downloading wrappers or joining. Our custom design feature is limited to the scope of our design abilities, and may not be available for some requested designs.
Membership is subscription based and payment will be automatically charged on the renewal date. Platinum Subscription renewal fees are automatically charged on the renewal date, unless cancelled prior to this date. It is the responsibility of the Member to cancel their subscription to avoid incurring continuing charges. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time from within the member account options. Please review our Terms of Use prior to joining.
Membership Agreement
By becoming a member, you agree to abide by the following:
Members are not representatives of Creative Solutions Co. and agree to do business independently. Members are responsible for the daily operation and development of all aspects of their businesses and agree to hold Creative Solutions Co. harmless of any damages arising from such. Member assumes all responsibility and risks associated with downloading digital media.
By applying to become a member you agree to have read and understand our policies (such as our Terms of Use and Return Policies.)
By using our website andor products, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold harmless Creative Solutions Co. and it´s owners, employees or affiliates from and against any and all claims, damages, losses liability costs and expenses (including but not limited to attorney´s fees) arising from or related to your use of our websites andor products, your violation of this agreement as well as any third-party´s rights, including but not limited to infringement of any copyright, violoation of any proprietary right and invasion of any privacy rights. This obligation shall survive any termination of this agreement or membership. Our liability will not exceed the purchase price of the good or services.
Product images are available for member use on their sites and promotional material, provided that they are not in excess of 96 dpi and are not full size originals. Unauthorized use of content from our websites or literature is strictly forbidden. ALL DISTRIBUTORS (our free membership account) MUST INCLUDE AN APPROVED WRAPPER'S CHOICE SIGNATURE LOGO ON EACH PAGE OF THEIR WEBSITE AND LITERATURE WHERE OUR PRODUCTS ARE SHOWN.
Downloading content does not transfer ownership to you and you may not redistribute wrappers. You may resell wrappers once they have been personalized for a specific event or occasion only. Content may not be resold in sets or individually in any manner without being personalized for specific events, dates, names, etc.
You acknowledge that you understand that membership and renewal fees are non-refundable and non-transferable.
Members are responsible for safeguarding their membership information accurately. IP addresses and download activities are recorded for security purposes. We reserve the right to terminate any membership through written or verbal notification should unauthorized content use or otherwise occur.
Indemnification & Limited Liability

All trademark candy products should be wrapped with their original wrappers in tact for nutritional information. Orders of personalized Hershey Miniatures® should include an allergy notice.
