YES!
With the exception of our Platinum Exclusive wrappers,
all
of our wrappers are available for download within the member's site.
All wrappers
are free to download for Platinum members and only $.50 ea. for Choice Plus
members.

I'm a Choice Plus member, why do I have to
purchase wrappers?
Our entire site is
membership only, so as a
Choice Plus member you get access to our wrappers and other resources
not available to the public. However with the Choice Plus plan, there is a
$.50 fee per wrapper. If we gave away all 300+ of our wrappers for $7.95, we
would quickly put ourselves, our designers, and our members out of business.
The $.50 fee per wrapper is nothing in comparison
to even a small quantity candy bar order. All of our
memberships are very competitive to other wrapper memberships, while the quality
and diversity of our designs exceeds those that are even more expensive.

Do you place advertisement on
the wrappers?
"© Wrapper Choice"
is on each wrapper still leaving plenty of space for you to add
your company name! Currently, most of our wrappers have our
copyright in it's original position, (on the fold of each wrapper.) Due to
requests by members, our copyright is now being moved to the glue area.
All new wrappers will reflect this change automatically. However, please
be patient as we make this modification to all of our existing wrappers. In addition...

Do I need a
laser printer for the wrappers?
Laser printers are not needed to
print candy wrappers. Color Inkjet printers work just fine. Make
sure you select a high quality (at least 24# Bright White) paper for the best
printing.
We do recommend Laser
printers for businesses that do a larger volume of printing.

We do not sell a program, rather downloadable wrapper images that you can print
from any word processing or photo editing software you already own! Here's

I am a Choice Plus member.
Will I be able to modify (change color, placement, etc.) of the wrapper I
purchased?
Choice Plus members can not modify the existing design. Color changes,
placement, etc. are reserved for Platinum members only. However, all of our
wrappers include space to add text or photo personalization if
desired. Additional templates are also available
here that are not
included in the standard download.

Yes! Additional templates are available
here that are not included as part of our
standard download set. Platinum members can request additional template
designs for
free. A small $4.95 charge applies to

Why do I still have to pay .50 per
wrapper if I'm a Choice Plus Member?
Our background as graphic designers affords us access to powerfully intense,
high quality photos. Our wrappers have full color, crystal clear images.
This along with our design ability for colors, shades and techniques gives
them their contemporary designer look. This is the Wrapper's Choice
difference. We pay for licensing to use these images and therefore our
pricing is a little higher than others. Look at it this way... you
download once and print an unlimited number of wrappers! With all
the compliments you'll get on them, they'll more than pay for themselves!

What is your return policy?
Memberships and downloadable
wrapper sets are
non-refundable and non-transferable.

& Products
We take every precaution
to safeguard your order because your satisfaction is important to us. In
the rare case that there is a concern the following policy applies:
U.S.P.S. Priority Mail Deliveries
Priority
Mail is not guaranteed delivery.
While delivery is estimated to arrive in 2-3 days from the date of shipment it
may arrive later. We can not be responsible for lost, undeliverable,
misplaced or stolen items once we have done our part to see that your order has
been shipped. If your order is damaged, you must go to your local
Post Office and complete a Damage Claim Form. From there, the U.S. Post
Office is responsible for addressing your claim and mailing any necessary
refunds.
DHL
Should you receive an extensively damaged
order, please contact us at 1-866-213-2936. We will
contact them to arrange to have your shipment picked up in it's entirety.
Please keep all packaging and order contents for the carrier to inspect
and review. Upon completion of their inspection and approval, we will
gladly issue a refund or replacement once the carrier has reimbursed our account

How do you handle order changes
and cancellations?
We will make every effort to
change your purchased supply order as long as it is not in transit or been delivered. To request
a change, e-mail us at
service@wrapperschoice.com. Depending upon our
order load, changes may not be possible or they
may incur a fee. Incorrect address orders will incur a $10.00 fee for
re-delivery. Saturday delivery is charged an additional $15.00 if
requested. Credit card charge-backs will incur an additional fee
equal to the amount we are charged by our card processor.

Do you charge sales tax?
Only residents of the
state of Texas will be charged sales tax. Current rate (8.25%)

How
long does the affiliate sign up process take and do I have to qualify?
Becoming an affiliate is absolutely free! It
takes just a
few minutes to sign up and you can begin using your links right away.
We do however, reserve the right to request that our links be removed from
sites containing inappropriate material.

I'm an affiliate. How
do I place a link on my site?
Once signed up, you will receive a your login
information. Please print and save this information in a safe place.
Login to your account and select "get html". There you will be
provided with text links, banners and coding to place on your site.
Simply paste and cut the desired information.

A re memberships automatically renewed?
Yes. This is so you do not have to worry about missing out on any of
our wrapper updates due to an expired membership! PayPal and credit
card renewal members will need to switch over to our new subscriber software
at the time of renewal in order to have continued access. All charges will
automatically be charged to your account on your specified renewal date.
Memberships can be cancelled prior to this date and no further charges will
be incurred. Memberships are non-refundable.
Unfortunately, we can not be responsible for customer's lack of knowledge
because they have not read our terms as stated clearly on our website.

How do I cancel my membership?
Although we'll be sorry to see you go, you can easily cancel your Paypal
subscription by clicking here or
directly through your PayPal account. Credit card subscriptions must
be cancelled in writing (email) before the subscription renewal date.
It is your responsibility to verify that you have received our cancellation
acknowledgement response.
